The one that will not work is a talktalk. I have all four working OK on my mobile having set them up myself and I set up the other three in Windows 10 Mail. Yes a couple of times - I put in the email address, the password and my name and when I press enter it shows that it is searching but then comes up with a message that it can't complete.
The one thing that is different than the other three emails is that in advanced settings the link 'Change mailbox sync settings' is greyed out but it is active in the three that work. I am at the moment having to use webmail to get emails for the address that doesn't work in Windows 10 Mail and it is functioning with both incoming and outgoing mail.
I feel that the address, the password, the port numbers, the incoming and outgoing POP settings are OK, the only area I can think it could be are the other questions required SSL and other requirements but the options are not quite the same. However having said thast the other three addresses work. Always sync on save - Upload files and changes to Box by simply clicking save in any application. No need to download, edit, and re-upload files you're working on.
